Commission (Brokerage) Structure - Bharati Infratel IPO

Bharti Infratel Ltd is came out with a public issue of equity shares through book building route.  The issue closes on 14th December’12. The price band of the issue is Rs. 210 to Rs.240 and minimum bid lot is 50 Equity shares and in multiples of 50 Equity Shares thereafter.

The structure of commission payable for this issue is as mentioned below:
Sub-brokerage:

Retail Individual Bidders	0.30% on amount allotted
Non-Institutional Bidders	0.15% on amount allotted

IPO Issue Commission structure care

Brokerage structure for IPO Bidding as follows

CARE IPO -    0.30 paisa per 100 ( on allotment basis)

If any agent collect 2 lakh application and allotment is Rs. 10000 then brokerage is Rs. 30 only. If full allotment then he get 300.

Commission will paid recivable basis, approximate 2 to 3 month after issue close.
